ORWELLIAN CANADA & LADY JUSTICE: TRANSFORMATION

“… In Oceania there is no law. Thoughts and actions, which, when detected, mean certain death are not formally forbidden, and the endless purges, arrests, tortures, imprisonments and vaporisations are not inflicted as punishment for crimes which have actually been committed, but are merely the wiping-out of persons who might perhaps commit a crime at some time in the future… “

Ignorance is Strength

Nineteen Eighty-Four

Unlike in Oceania, there is law in the Orwellian Canada, but there no purges, arrests, tortures and imprisonments. Since life in the Orwellian Canada revolves around Money and since Money – and Big Bank − is what makes it work, the most effective and painful form of punishment is that with Money.

Law in the Orwellian Canada is made, first and foremost, to serve and protect Money.

Where there is Law there is Lady Justice. Her origin is Iustitia, the goddess of Justice in Ancient Rome. Since the times of Roman emperors every ruler wanted to associate his regime with this symbol of the virtue of justice.

In the Orwellian Canada Lady Justice underwent a transformation to fit into a system created by Big Brother to ensure that

  • the sole purpose of the Court was to serve and protect Law,

  • the main purpose of Law was to protect the foundation of the Orwellian Canada – Money − and  the rule of Big Brother.

Lady Justice makes sure that anybody who dares challenge in court Big Brother or Big Bank is doomed to fail.

Lady Justice does not need new laws, regulations and procedures to make this happen.  All she has to do is borrow from what is readily available and used outside the confines of the Orwellian Canada, − what is available and used in Canada.

The system created by Big Brother allows Lady Justice to apply more effectively these laws, regulations and procedures and at the same time take advantage of such realities of the Canadian justice system as

  • the Money Barrier to Justice
  • the “Political Judges” Barrier to Justice, and
  • the Procedural Barrier to Justice

For particularly persistent and principled truth-seekers Lady Justice has a set of more sophisticated measures that trigger Legal Abuse Syndrome, or LAS.  LAS is a form of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Its hallmark signs are a disabling level of stress, emotional and physical exhaustion. LAS contributes to a person’s existing medical condition and to developing a new one, − according to the American Medical Association around 85% of all physical illness, from cancer to heart disease, is directly attributable to stress.

You may be suffering from LAS if you feel that

  • the court failed to provide basic due process,
  • there is no way to obtain a fair resolution to the issue,
  • there is abuse of power and authority and a profound lack of accountability in the judicial system, and
  • the experience of dealing with the judicial system is that of deep disillusionment and oppression.

If you want to learn more about how Lady Justice deals with “difficult” litigants I invite you to read the following court documents pertaining to a lawsuit against Big Bank that lasted for several years. The plaintiff who had a pre-existing heart condition developed LAS and cancer and died prematurely.

The documents include the plaintiff’s motions and relevant judgments. Boring as they may be, these documents, listed in chronological order, reveal the inner workings of the judicial machinery in the Orwellian Canada:
